Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 28, 2026

This Privacy Policy describes how BURD LLC ("we", "us") handles information in the GTA 6 Guide & Cheatcodes VI mobile app and website (the "Service"). The short version: the app works without an account, we don't run ads or third-party tracking, and the only information that leaves your device is what's needed to answer your requests.

Information we handle

  • AI Assistant questions. When you send a question to the AI Assistant, the text of your question (and the earlier messages in that conversation) is transmitted to our servers and processed by our AI infrastructure provider, Groq, Inc., to generate an answer. We do not store your questions on our servers after the answer is generated, we do not link them to your identity, and they are not used to train AI models. The app asks for your consent before the first question is sent.
  • Content requests. When the app loads cheats, missions, map locations, news, and similar content, standard technical information (such as IP address) reaches our hosting providers as part of serving the request, as with any internet service. We do not use it to profile you.
  • Purchases. If you buy an optional premium subscription, the purchase is processed by Apple. Our subscription partner, RevenueCat, Inc., receives your purchase history and a randomly generated, anonymous app user ID so the app can verify your subscription status across launches and devices. This identifier is not linked to your name, email, or any real-world identity, and it is not used for advertising or tracking.
  • On-device preferences. Settings like your chosen cheat-code platform, cached content, and your AI consent choice are stored locally on your device and never leave it.

What we don't do

  • No accounts, no sign-in, and no collection of your name, email, or contacts.
  • No advertising and no third-party analytics or tracking SDKs.
  • No sale or sharing of personal information for marketing purposes.
  • No use of your data to train AI models.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of infrastructure providers to run the Service, each of which processes data only to provide their service to us: Vercel (hosting and content delivery), Supabase (content database), Groq, Inc. (AI inference for the AI Assistant), and RevenueCat, Inc.(subscription management). These providers are contractually required to protect data they process on our behalf.

External links

News items in the app link to third-party websites, and article images may be loaded from those sources. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies.

Children

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can decline AI processing simply by not using the AI Assistant — every other feature works without it. Clearing the app's data (or deleting the app) removes all on-device preferences and caches. Because we don't maintain accounts or store your questions, there is no server-side personal data for us to delete.

Changes

We may update this policy as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date.
